A truly magical place in the state of New Mexico. This view is literally in the middle of the Navajo Nation, so there really is a sense of place and majesty.

It is a little known fact that a lot of people from all over the country are here to hunt and fish here. To get a full sense of the area’s history, you need to actually do some hunting and exploring. You can still do that on a map of the area, but it is really up to you to explore the vast area of the canyon. It is also a good idea to take a break from all the shopping, eating, and drinking so you can enjoy the view.

There are over a hundred trails in this canyon, so you have a lot of options. The best one is the long, winding trail that starts at the parking lot and leads up through the trees. You can also get a shorter, easier hike down the canyon by starting at the parking lot and hiking down the other side of the canyon. We took both hikes and both were equally enjoyable.

We hiked the longer trail first, but the shorter trail was a blast, too. It’s a long trail with a lot of switchbacks and some steep climbs. It’s also pretty flat. The short trail is slightly more rocky and less steep, but it’s a lot easier to access because of the shorter distance.

As much as we enjoyed both hikes, we were hoping to get to the shorter trail first so we could use the overlooks, but it was not to be. We didn’t, and we had a great time exploring this incredible area, though, and we would definitely do it again.

The short trails are great for short hikes, but the longer hikes are great for longer hikes. The short trails are great for short hikes, but the longer hikes are great for longer hikes. And with that said, we’re pretty sure that red rock canyon overlook is the most difficult one of the bunch. The hike up at the top is pretty straightforward, but the descent is pretty steep which will make the difference in how much of a challenge it is to complete.

The bottom of the descent where it becomes a dirt road that is at least a ways lower, is pretty difficult. The dirt road is pretty narrow and the only way to navigate it is to put your whole foot into the dirt, which will sometimes cause you to slip and fall. Also, you need to watch out for the many cliffs on the way down because they are very treacherous.
