So it is no surprise that we see a lot of Christian parents who are stressed out.

For example, if you had a career that you were extremely overworked, or when you had a bad relationship, or when you had children.

I know that there are a lot of Christians who are stressed out because they are working a lot and they are exhausted. But it is not always the case that the stress is the cause. There are other issues that can cause a person to feel stressed. For example, a lot of us have trouble relaxing in the heat.
