The website really does not do this property justice. Torre Fiore is everything you could want from a boutique, authentic, luxury hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive without being over bearing, the rooms are beautiful with every attention to detail thought of. The food is great and the cocktails are perfectly served. For someone who travels extensively both for pleasure and work this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s the perfect place to explore the idyllic coastline and beautiful villages that surround it.

Our goal was to sleep in Bari before our flight back to Luxembourg the next day. We had a wonderful lunch and as we finished it, the owner, Mariana, came to welcome us. We shared Canadian roots and we immediately felt connected. She asked our son Luca if he wished to have a swim while we finished our wine and first thing we knew we had booked suite 11 for the night. Friendly, helpful, present without being intrusive. She made things happen, played a Canadian game with Luca and simply made us feel at home.

The rooms are spacious, gorgeous and well-appointed with all the amenities one could want. The friendly and helpful staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure the guests are well taken care of. The hotel manager was extremely helpful arranging unique tours and experiences that we would never have had access to on our own. She also arranged a transfer for us from Bari which was very helpful but a car is a must if you want to explore the area.
