With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom has been involved in every phase of the construction process, including conceptual design, estimating, purchasing, contract formation, construction, and owner occupancy. Tom is a licensed general contractor and has been involved in building facilities totaling approximately 7.5 million square feet. He has also managed banking and surety relationships for several construction firms. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
